A Peek Inside Mindspace’s Tempe Office

Mindspace is a graphic design and gamification agency located in Tempe, Arizona, that specializes in custom gamification to capture the attention spans of customers and employees of brands like Expedia, Deloitte, HBO and Starbucks. In November 2015, Mindspace moved into a new office designed by interior design firm McCarthy Nordburg. The main goal during the design process was to create an anti-office space. There are no dedicated workspaces, as Mindspace wanted to create a free-flowing environment that complemented their creative culture. The 5,500 square foot space boasts exposed ductwork and lighting, brick treatments and community spaces that encourage collaboration.
