“We designed a dynamic forward-thinking environment, with echoes of an uber-cool boutique, which compliments their brand and their pioneering customer journey solution. The existing 4th floor has been reworked and transformed and the new 5th floor boasts many client-facing areas for transient workers and clients including a Software Design Lab and an Ideas Table. Client-facing staff are located by these areas to maximise customer experience and through intelligent design the space houses over 50 work platforms.
