A Peek Inside Civica’s Bristol Office

Civica, a technology company specializing in software, technology and outsourcing services, hired office design firm Interaction to design their open-plan offices in Bristol, England.

“Interaction were approached by Civica to create a cost and space effective workplace with high occupancy, whilst also allowing for a variety of collaboration and meeting areas. Challenging the design brief, Interaction went against the normal ‘square and straight line’ floor plan, achieving a fluid, calming and unique space. The meeting suite is created around a curved structure, emphasising the quirky and impressive appearance the client was looking for. The large open plan working area is both functional and flexible. With several collaborative pods and two ‘Innovation’ rooms, staff have plenty space to feel inspired. Interaction were onsite for six weeks and completed the overall build works, created a great new breakout area and a reception to accommodate clients, all reflecting the image and brand of the business,” says Interaction
