Hitachi Rail Europe, a total railway system supplier that offers rolling stock, traction equipment and traffic management systems appointed office design firm Oktra, to design their offices in London, England.

“Having outgrown their previous office space, Hitachi Rail were looking to establish a new headquarters in London to accommodate their growing organisation. The brief was to provide a functional and engaging workspace in keeping with their brand. Hitachi wanted their new headquarters to be both corporate and fun incorporating various Japanese nuances throughout. Our team developed an open plan office environment with a striking front of house, tea point and a large agile working area with several private meeting rooms. Together, Oktra and Hitachi Rail created a forward thinking commercial workspace to help boost morale and encourage productivity.
