SoftBank Capital’s Revamped New York City Offices by Homepolish

Famous venture capital fund SoftBank Capital which has invested in startups such as Fitbit, Gilt and BuzzFeed, reached out to interior designers from Homepolish, to revamp their offices in New York’s Flatiron district.

“SoftBank wanted a space that felt young and fun—a place where employees could feel productive as well as hang out. To create an open, airy layout we began by knocking down the unnecessary partition walls in the front, and mixing vintage furniture with contemporary accessories for an eclectic feel. For a personalized touch, we enlisted an NYC-based graphic designer to create vintage-inspired, black-and-white renditions of Softbank’s numerous press articles (the end result is totally Instagram-worthy). Dogs (and dog lovers) are welcome here as evidenced by the triptych painting of their beloved mascot Otosan, a Shiba Inu, that greets visitors at the entrance”, says studio Homepolish
