A Tour of ImpactFlow’s New Super Cool Portland Office
ImpactFlow is a technology startup based in Portland, Oregon that makes event planning easier by automatically connecting businesses or nonprofits to sponsorship opportunities. Recently, ImpactFlow relocated to a new, larger office to better support their growth and future expansion plans in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
The new office space is located at 2222 NE Oregon Street, Suite #207 in Northeast Portland’s historic Bakery Building. This former bread factory was built in an era when Portland was a city full of opportunity for newcomers and business owners. Now in the midst of a tech boom, Portland is again a city of promise and great potential for entrepreneurs and innovators—and after sitting empty for decades—the restored Bakery Building is now home to some of Portland’s most creative companies. Made up mostly of newcomers to TechTown Portland, the founders of ImpactFlow were drawn to the city for its unique and creative community. The company worked with Portland-based interior design firm Weedman Design Partners to transform a desolate warehouse into a space that would capture the spirit of Portland and serve as a home away from home for an office full of transplants. “Our goal was to create an environment that is open and easy for ImpactFlow to work, grow and entertain within,” says Arielle Weedman of WDP. “Most of the pieces are movable, with a few discreet places for acoustic privacy and focused work. The colors are fun and fresh, inspired by the company’s energy. We also brought together modern and vintage aesthetics, which gives the space a comfortable-lived in feel—while still feeling youthful and forward-thinking.”
