Inside The Commons’ Minimalist NYC Coworking Space

The Commons, a recently opened coworking space that offers productive work environment for startups, entrepreneurs, and freelancers, recently opened its first coworking location in New York’s Upper East Side.

“For The Commons, we were tasked with creating a cheerful and serene workspace that catered to the needs of independent contractors of all ages and professions, integrating features fitting for Baby Boomers and Millennials alike. Interior architectural elements, such as a 20-foot vaulted ceiling, large skylights, and exposed brick walls contribute to an airy design, while biophilic elements, such as an abundance of natural light, plants, and wood, promote well-being. Meanwhile, zones are scattered throughout, with countless spaces for collaboration and privacy. Users are empowered by the flexibility to work from their workstation or a small team space, lounge, or phone room”, says JIDK

  • Location: Upper East Side – New York City, New York
