“Indeed’s expanding sales team recently relocated their downtown office from 8th and Congress to 5th and Colorado. The sports-themed space incorporates an industrial design with a flair of sophistication to inspire employees and boost morale. Meeting rooms and phone rooms are designed based on college sports teams and feature elements related to each school. The largest conference room elicits masculine attire, utilizing custom leather accents as drawer pulls and a variety of traditional suit fabrics as upholstery, with similar elements featured in collaboration areas throughout the office. The space offers a large dining hall, gaming area, open office layout and a variety of collaboration spaces to expand on the culture that has defined Indeed’s headquarter’s in Austin’s hill country, a space STG Design also helped to create. Graduated platform seating lends to the communal atmosphere, while a gong allows employees to celebrate reaching sales goals as their chosen “theme song” is pumped through overhead speakers,” says STG Design
