A Look Inside Dyflexis’ Cool The Hague Office

Dyflexis is a technology company that develops software designed to streamline the workforce management and time-tracking of employees. Their head office is located in a former telegram warehouse, in The Hague, Netherlands.

“The team at Dyflexis wanted an office design that was creative and playful, yet professional. Being situated in an old telegram warehouse provided some challenges. To create a space that showed the 360 degree city view, most of the partition system was torn down. To maintain the open atmosphere the meeting rooms were built with glass walls. Aside from employees, Dyflexis also welcomes users of the software in their office. The design therefore needed to reflect the user-friendly and straightforward character of the system. The open space and accessibility to the cafeteria ensures a welcoming experience for not only the Dyflexis team, but also the customers. Because of safety-regulations, not all walls could be taken down. The only closed off meeting room was turned into a ‘Sea World’. With ocean pattern carpet, blue and white walls, and a glass table, the room still has a fresh and open look. With a shark on the wall the meeting room really lives up to it’s name. The biggest eye catcher in the Dyflexis office is the big running track. The scoreboard at the end of the track does not only relate to the core business of Dyflexis, tracking working hours, but is also the perfect finishing touch,” says designer Harald Huijser
