New Homes Law, a property law firm that helps clients through the process of buying, selling or re-mortgaging property, recently hired office design firm Spacio to design their new offices in Chelmsford, England.

“Situated within an iconic and prominent building at the heart of Chelmsford, New Homes Law wanted a space that showcased their business and their fun personality to invigorate their staff and impress their clients. The overriding theme was that of bringing the archetypal domestic street-front to the confines of a 1st floor office; from the visually striking entrance area complete with replica cherry blossom tree, through to the use of bay, sash and porthole windows on individual offices and meeting rooms throughout the project, and other finishes to give this workspace a genuinely ‘homely’ feel. With enough workstations to accommodate 48 staff, as well as various high impact bespoke joinery design features such as an oversized abacus and unique planter wall reception area, New Homes Law’s new premises delivers the perfect balance between intelligent, agile working space and quirky breakout areas to ensure the clients overriding personality shines through,” says Spacio
