The Estée Lauder Companies, a global beauty company that manufacturers skin care, makeup, fragrance and hair care products, recently opened a new office in Buenos Aires, Argentina, which was designed and managed by real estate firm Colliers International Argentina.

The premise for the design of their quarters in Buenos Aires was to create a space that ensures a united visual in all the offices and highlight the companies principles of “HIGH-TOUCH” bringing the highest quality products, innovation and prestige. Colliers team worked closely with Estée Lauder to create a workplace design that suits their needs and commitments. The result of this teamwork was an environment that encourages a unique spirit of teamwork and well-being and give a feeling of familiarity and belonging not only for employees but also to visitors. The main design concepts are based on using rounded shapes not only in furniture but also in the architecture and choosing light colors, warm materials and different textiles to create a modern, neutral and fresh space with an open atmosphere that is well connected to fashion and beauty. As the office has a reduced floorplan it was decided to maximize the use of each space. The best example of this is the coffee point were lounge comfortable seating predominates over conventional cafeteria seating, encouraging informal meeting points that support social interactions.” says Colliers International Argentina
