A Look Inside Malt’s Minimalist Paris Office

Malt, a Paris-based technology company that allows people and firms find freelancers online, recently hired workplace design studio Yemanja to design their new office space that would sublime the family spirit shared by the team and freelance community members.

“Keyword was HOME. By providing the lunch area with an actual fully equipped kitchen, Malt makes it natural for the team to just stay after work and cook together, with friends or guests, and enjoy big family dinners. A bedroom was also set up for guests to stay the night if need be. The old hardwood floor was restored and projects a sense of quality and a homely feeling. The 9000 sq. foot office is made of multiple levels, mid-levels and hidden spaces, making the place look more like a huge apartment than an office. For everyone at Malt and for anyone who visits, it feels like home,” says Yemanja
