A Tour of Livingbridge’s Minimalist London Office

Mid-market private equity investment firm Livingbridge, has recently hired workplace design firm IOR Group to design their new office in London, England.

“Livingbridge engaged with IOR to consolidate their offices at the Norman Foster designed 100 Wood Street building. Working closely with Livingbridge, we developed the concept of ‘Connectivity’ – with its partners and global reach, into a successful project that incorporates open plan working, breakout space with balcony, high-impact reception and meeting suite, hitting the brief of creating a workspace that “continues to attract and retain best-in-class employees, befitting of the firm’s reputation and achievements.” The open ceiling in the reception now creates height and visual impact creating a strong first impression. Sit-stand desks throughout are paired with the award-winning Cosm chairs, acoustic solutions and City views have been considered and maximised with Livingbridge’s artwork showcased throughout the space,” says
