A Look Inside Acacium’s New Manchester Office

Healthcare solutions company provider recently hired workplace design firm TSK Group to design their new office in Manchester, England.

We had the privilege of collaborating closely with Acacium Group to craft a bespoke solution for their latest office in Manchester. Drawing from our experience with Acacium across the UK, we were uniquely positioned to align their refined brand strategy with a design that would seamlessly integrate into their new Manchester setting.

One of the primary objectives was to transition from scattered, desk-centric teams to a unified, collaborative workspace. Consolidating onto a single floor enabled us to optimise every corner, establishing small, adaptable team “neighbourhoods” while facilitating interaction and synergy among employees. Embracing an open-plan layout, we curated a variety of work settings to accommodate diverse needs, ranging from secluded nooks to communal hubs, fostering a culture of connection and cooperation.

This new office space not only enhances working conditions but also enriches the overall employee experience. With support for hybrid working models and ample opportunities for training and social interaction, the Manchester office embodies a holistic approach to workplace design. Reflecting Acacium;’s commitment to inclusivity and wellbeing—this dynamic environment fosters collaboration, celebrates diversity, and seamlessly integrates with Acacium’s global network.
