Interactive entertainment company Entain’s hired workplace design firm TSK Group to design their new office in London, England.

“Entain are dedicated to bringing moments of excitement into people’s lives, so the mission from the start of the journey was for this new workplace to truly embody this ethos. The aim was to develop an awe-inspiring modern work environment that fosters innovation, collaboration and a deep sense of connection.

A deep discovery and engagement phase helped us gain insights into challenges, employees’ needs and key drivers of the organisation. We involved the Entain team to outline aspirations for the space and these findings deeply influenced our design process.

The adoption of hybrid working models called for a rethink of the existing space, shifting the office environment to incorporate a diverse array of spaces for collaborative meetings, social gatherings and individual work.

The idea was to bring people together, so the new design solution features an amphitheatre, connecting the two floors, breaking down barriers to connection, bringing in a ton of natural light and providing a space for company-wide communication.

This new environment brings teams together to create an unwavering sense of belonging with the installation of a staircase to connect the office’s two floors. ”
