A Look Inside AB Prime Realty’s New Dubai Office

Real estate firm AB Prime Realty hired workplace design firm Horton Interiors to design their new office in Dubai, UAE.

“The project set out to create an office that feels open, calm and connected to its surroundings. Natural materials and gentle earthy colours shape a warm atmosphere that softens the usual feel of a corporate space. Wood finishes, soft lighting and textured surfaces come together to create a
welcoming setting for both clients and staff.

A key part of the vision is the 360 degree view of Business Bay. Horton Interiors planned the layout to make the most of the skyline so the city becomes a daily backdrop. Open areas draw in light and create a sense of flow while quieter spaces offer comfort without losing the openness of the wider office.

The design supports teamwork, clear communication and easy movement. Every room is arranged to encourage natural interaction while still giving people places
where they can focus. The atmosphere reflects AB Prime Realty’s values of trust, clarity and a forward looking spirit. The result is a workspace that supports wellbeing and steady productivity while offering a warm welcome to clients.”
