A Look Inside Team One’s Modern Dallas Office

Team One is an advertising, digital and media agency owned by Saatchi & Saatchi, that helps brands thrive in today’s media world. Recently, Team One moved into a new office in Dallas, Texas, designed by architecture firm Loescher Meachem Architects.

“For this project, LMA was selected from over 20 other architects to design a new Dallas office space for one of the world’s preeminent advertising agencies specializing in luxury brands. The project brief called for the design to recall but not replicate the qualities of the agencies’ California headquarters in a converted warehouse, within a conventional high rise office building. The central design challenge was to make a relatively constricted height of the space feel as open and light-filled as their double-height industrial office space. LMA’s concept was to fill the space with plants and small vertical gardens, use natural materials like wood and terracotta, and line open work areas with light colors and finishes to take advantage of daylight. With no enclosed offices, the space plan allows for collaboration and gathering within several open-work zones of bullpen seating, informal working lounge spaces and an all-hands agency meeting space.”
