Japan Association of Athletics Federations recently relocated into a new office in Tokyo, designed by interior design firm BROOK Inc.

“Japan Association of Athletics Federations was looking to create a comfortable and efficient office incorporating timeless design to continuously motivate their employees. The gently curved lines of running track welcome and lead people smoothly from the entrance to workspace, and the rounded café counter and lounge seats keep the spatial continuity in the refreshment area.

The athletics wall murals painted by a Japanese artist in the entrance express the body movements of running, jumping and throwing boldly using acrylic paints and crayons. Each of the meeting rooms has its own theme of the same body movements expressed by the wall graphics.

The design minimized the number of colors used and committed to quality, material and texture instead, to give a sign of change and progression in the new office to their employees,” says BROOK Inc.
