A Look Inside Crédit Agricole CIB’s New Taipei Office

Investment bank Crédit Agricole CIB hired architecture firm Steven Leach Group to design their new office in Taipei, Taiwan.

“As a human-centric workplace that promotes mental health, wellness, and well-being of each talent, we designed a “Zen” inspired style workplace for our client, Crédit Agricole CIB Taiwan. As an international corporate and finance banking from France, the design focuses on comfort and relaxation compared to anything else.

Located in a Gold LEED-certified building, Nanshan Breeze, CA CIB’s new office, is currently applying for the same certification. Because of its historical ties to farming, Credit Agricole Group is sometimes referred to as the Green Bank. The #biophilic office breathes life into spaces juxtaposing the brand identity with aesthetics. A wood finish Taiwanese Mountain Ridge wall element creates a calm palette of tones in the main meeting room

By using different zones within the private room, employees can relax, motivate, and interact while teleworking. Multi functionality is the key word that will apply to combining reception, coffee bars, guest waiting area, and boardroom into a town hall setting. Definitely, this is an existing innovation that is going to be a part of a new office design strategy.”
